复方骨肽针、玻璃酸钠、元七骨痛酊分别联合藤黄健骨片干预膝关节炎模型大鼠的效果研究

Comparison of the Effects of Compound Guopeptide Needle,Sodium Hyaluronate,Yuanqigutong Tincture Combined with Fuhuangjianguu Tablet in the Intervention of Knee Arthritis Model Rats

目的:分析复方骨肽针、玻璃酸钠、元七骨痛酊分别联合藤黄健骨片干预膝关节炎(Osteoarthropathy,OA)模型大鼠的效果。方法:成功造模40只OA模型大鼠,随机均分为4组,藤黄健骨片单独使用组、复方骨肽针联合藤黄健骨片组、玻璃酸钠联合藤黄健骨片组、元七骨痛酊联合藤黄健骨片组,比较各组大鼠干预后关节液中炎症因子和骨代谢指标含量差异。结果:四组大鼠的炎症因子IL-1、IL-8、VEGF、TNF-α和骨代谢指标TRACP-5b、BGP、BALP、MMP-3含量差异明显(P <0.05),各指标含量从高到低为藤黄健骨片单独使用组、元七骨痛酊联合藤黄健骨片组、玻璃酸钠联合藤黄健骨片组、复方骨肽针联合藤黄健骨片组。结论:藤黄健骨片联合复方骨肽针治疗膝关节炎模型大鼠效果优于玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射或元七骨痛酊外用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of compound guopeptide needle,sodium hyaluronate,Yuanqigutong Tincture combined with Fuhuangjianguu tablet on Osteoarthropathy(OA)model rats.Methods:Successful building 40 OA model rats randomly divided into four groups(Fuhuangjianguu tablet alone group,compound guopeptide needle injection joint Fuhuangjianguu tablet group,sodium hyaluronate joint Fuhuangjianguu tablet group,Yuanqigutong Tincture combined Fuhuangjianguu tablet),the comparison between groups of rats after intervention in joint fluid the levels of inflammatory cytokines,bone metabolism index in statistical differences.Results:There are significant differences in inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-8,VEGF,TNF-α)and bone metabolism indicators(TRACP-5B,BGP,BALP,MMP-3)concentration among the four groups(P<0.05).The contents of each index from high to low are as follows:Fuhuangjianguu tablet alone group,Yuanqigutong Tincture combined with Fuhuangjianguu tablet group,sodium hyaluronate combined with Fuhuangjianguu tablet group,and compound guopeptide needle combined with Fuhuangjianguu tablet group.Conclusion:The effect of combined application of compound guopeptide needle is better than sodium hyaluronate intraluminal injection or Yuanqigutong Tincture external application.
