桑色素对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的作用

Effect of Morin on Ulcerative Colitis in Mice

目的:探讨桑色素干预对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的作用。方法:使用葡聚糖硫酸钠造模的小鼠,以柳氮磺吡啶为阳性对照,分析不同剂量桑色素对小鼠血清和肠组织DAO、MPO、MDA、IL-6、TNF-α含量的影响。结果:柳氮磺吡啶和桑色素均可以显著降低小鼠各炎症指标,且桑色素降低IL-6的效果好于柳氮磺吡啶(P <0.05);中剂量组对MDA、IL-6、TNF-α的影响与低剂量组没有显著差异,高剂量组对DAO的影响与中剂量组没有显著差异,MPO指标对桑色素浓度变化最为敏感。结论:桑色素和柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果相当,控制IL-6表达上优势明显,高剂量的桑色素干预效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of morin intervention on ulcerative colitis in mice.Methods:The effects of different doses of morin on the contents of DAO,MPO,MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and intestinal tissue of mice are analyzed with sulfasalazine as positive control.Results:Sulfasalazine and morin can significantly reduce inflammatory indexes in mice,and the effect of morin in reducing IL-6 is better than sulfasalazine(P<0.05).The effects of medium dose group on MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αare not significantly different from those of low dose group,and the effects of high dose group on DAO are not significantly different from those of medium dose group.MPO index is most sensitive to the changes of morin concentration.Conclusion:The effect of morin and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is similar,and the effect of high-dose morin is better than that of sulfasalazine in the control of IL-6 expression.
