摘要
为实现节能降耗,迎合绿色可持续发展的要求,本文以宁夏和宁化学有限公司蒸汽余热综合利用升级改造项目为例,结合相应的立项背景和蒸汽系统现状,提出了有效的专项改造方案。结果显示,经过蒸汽余热综合升级改造项目的实施,可以节省9.8 MPa蒸汽17 t/h,富余2.3 MPa蒸汽可满足两台循环水透平运,停用两台电机泵。项目的直观经济效益可以达到1 275万元/年。
In order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction and meet the requirements of green and sustainable development,this paper takes the steam waste heat comprehensive utilization and upgrading project of Ningxia Hening Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,combining the corresponding project background and the current situation of the steam system,puts forward an effective special transformation scheme.The results show that after the implementation of the comprehensive upgrading and reconstruction project of steam waste heat,9.8 MPa steam of 17 t/h can be saved,and the remaining 2.3 MPa steam can meet the requirements of two circulating water turbines,and two motor pumps can be stopped.The direct economic benefit of the project can reach 12.75 million yuan per year.
