高职院校“双创”人才培养机制的现存问题和改进策略

高职院校学生作为我国生产发展一线人才的重要后备力量,对于我国企业生产力的提升及经济结构转型都具有重要意义。“双创”人才的培养还可以推动地方企业生产效率及经济效益的提升,但在实际建设过程中,部分高职院校领导与教师对于“双创”人才培养机制的重视程度不足,且部分高职院校的课程体系与评价模式有待进一步优化和完善,所以需要高校不断完善自身的课程体系与评价模式,促进“双创”人才培养机制建设的顺利开展,同时也要提升院校领导与教师对于“双创”人才培养机制的重视程度,提升高职院校学生的创新创业能力。
