基于“1+X”证书制度背景下“课证赛岗”人才培养模式实践探索

伴随我国现代职业教育改革的逐步深化,“1+X”证书制度逐步成为我国职业教育改革的重点方向,基于该制度背景下人才培养模式的变革实践也成为职业院校创新人才培养的重点工作。“课证赛岗”人才培养模式既为“1+X”证书制度解决了课程与证书之间的衔接,也丰富了职业岗位目标下职业能力竞赛的内涵,本文对“课证融通,赛教融合”的人才培养路径与实践探索进行了有益的研究分析。
