摘要
为准确掌握营运船舶的真实油耗情况,对船舶油耗考核指标进行研究,评估其合理性和实用性。以散货船“锦泰峰”轮为研究对象,对其所属公司的油耗管理现状进行分析,采用最小二乘法对试航转速与油耗值进行回归,并给出其95%置信区间,评估实际转速油耗与试航转速油耗在95%置信区间内的符合率,将其作为油耗考核指标的评价标准,指导船舶对能耗进行智能管控。试验结果显示,“锦泰峰”轮的实际油耗与理论油耗满载符合率为0.367,空载符合率为0.684,满载时符合程度较差,需要管理人员结合实际情况和经验对该指标进行修正。
A proposed ship fuel consumption assessment index system is tried on ship Jintaifeng to examine its reasonableness and practicality.A speed-fuel consumption curve for the ship is created through experiment and least squares fitting and the 95%confidence interval is defined.This curve is taken as the reference to evaluate the fuel consumption level of the ship.The compliance rate of the actual speed fuel consumption with the 95%confidence interval of the reference speed-fuel consumption is measured and used for guiding the intelligent control of energy consumption of the ship.Observation reveals that the compliance rate of actual fuel consumption with the reference fuel consumption for ship Jintaifeng is 0.367 at full load and 0.684 when without load,which indicates that the effectiveness of the index system is poor at full load and needs to be corrected according to experience.
