韩国碳中和教育体系探析及其启示 被引量:1

摘要 韩国政府在教育领域做出了较为系统性的部署,通过推进基础研究与产学研协同育人、部署碳中和重点学校和试点学校、打造面向全民的科学文化传播途径等举措,初步形成较为完整的碳中和教育体系。参考其经验,我国可以通过推进碳中和产学研人才培养、加大技术攻关与基础研究力度、推进中小幼学校的碳中和教育,以构建全盘联动的碳中和教育体系,稳步加强碳中和的引领作用,提升全社会低碳、零碳意识,从而形成技术降碳、技术固碳、自然固碳、教育稳碳的良好生态。 In South Korea,the government has initially formed a relatively complete carbon neutral education system.This is achieved through a systematic strategy in the field of education,promoting personnel training in basic research and industry-university-research,deploying carbon neutral key schools and pilot schools,and creating scientific and cultural communication channels for the entire population.It provides some implications for China to promote the training of carbon neutral industry-university-research personnel,to increase technical research and basic research,and to promote carbon neutral education in kindergarten and primary and secondary schools.In this way,China can build a fully linked carbon neutral education system,then steadily strengthen the leading role of carbon neutrality,and enhance the awareness of low-carbon and zero-carbon in the whole society,to form a good ecology of technological carbon reduction,technical carbon sequestration,natural carbon sequestration,and education carbon stabilization.
