隐丹参酮抗纤维化及其机制研究进展

摘要 隐丹参酮(CTS)作为一种高效低毒的天然化合物,在各器官组织中具有良好的抗纤维化作用,但目前其作用机制尚未明确,且无系统的文献综述对其抗纤维化潜在机制进行描述。笔者综述了隐丹参酮治疗各脏器纤维化的疗效及其机制,并提出了未来展望。 As a natural compound with high efficiency and low toxicity,cryptotanshinone(CTS)has a good anti-fibrosis effect in various organs and tissues.However,its mechanism of action has not been clearly defined,and there is no systematic literature review to describe its potential anti-fibrosis mechanism.The efficacy and mechanism of cryptotanshinone in the treatment of fibrosis in various organs were summarized and the use prospects were put forward in this paper.
