典型既有住宅低能耗改造及热工性能试验研究

Experimental study on low-energy transformation and thermal performance of typical existing houses

摘要 以寒冷地区住宅建筑为研究对象,引入岩棉保温板作为墙体保温材料,采用斯维尔能耗计算软件,计算墙体保温材料的经济厚度,通过计算岩棉板外保温外墙改造方案的传热系数,制定了典型既有住宅低能耗改造方案,并对3个试件的热工性能进行分析。结果发现,经过低能耗改造之后,典型既有住宅保温砌块的热工性能良好,围护结构的热稳定性更好,提高了典型既有住宅的保温节能效果。 Taking residential buildings in cold areas as the research object,rock wool insulation board is introduced as wall insulation material,and the economic thickness of wall insulation material is calculated by using Swire energy consumption calculation software.By calculating the heat transfer coefficient of rock wool board external insulation exterior wall reconstruction scheme,a low energy consumption reconstruction scheme of typical existing houses is formulated.Through the analysis of heat transfer coefficient of three specimens,it is found that after low energy consumption transformation,the thermal performance of thermal insulation blocks in typical existing residential buildings is good,the thermal stability of envelope is better,and the thermal insulation and energy saving effect of typical existing residential buildings is improved.
