摘要
针对目前工业生产中对卷绕系统的控制要求,该文对卷绕系统的原理进行了分析,得出了收卷辊控制卷绕速度,放卷辊控制张力的控制思路。由于卷绕系统存在滞后性强等特点,在张力的控制中引入了积分分离的控制算法,同时进行了验证对比,由实验可得,积分分离的控制算法优于传统PI控制算法。该系统以西门子S7-1500 PLC为控制核心,伺服电机为执行器,通过张力传感器和速度传感器采集张力和线速度,经控制器进行运算后分别控制收卷辊和放卷辊的旋转速度来达到恒张力、恒速度的控制效果。
In view of the present industrial production in the control of the winding system requirements,this paper analyzes the principle of winding system,controlling winding speed,winding roller rolling roll control tension control.Due to the characteristics of winding system lag,integral separation was introduced in the tension control of control algorithm,the contrast is verified at the same time,by the experiment,integral separation algorithm is superior to the traditional PI control algorithm. The control of the system of Siemens S7-1500 PLC as control core,servo motor as the actuator,tension and linear speed by tension sensor and speed sensor,the controller respectively after operation control winding roller and rolling roller rotation speed to achieve constant tension and constant speed control effect.
