摘要
在当前“无网不在”的互联网变革时代,新媒体以其“海量内容、互动即时”等显著优势,逐步发展为新时代国有企业不可估量的重要利器。基于此,通过对新媒体概念和特征进行细致分析,讨论了新媒体对于企业发展内聚人心、外树形象等方面的重要意义,并以此为基础提出了新媒体深入国有企业管理的工作路径,以期能够更好地推动企业综合发展。
In the current era of Internet reform,new media,with its significant advantages of"massive content and instant interaction",has gradually developed into an inestimable and important tool for state-owned enterprises in the new era.Based on this,through a detailed analysis of the concept and characteristics of new media,this paper discusses the significance of new media to the enterprise development of cohesive people,external tree image and other aspects,and on this basis,puts forward the working path of new media deep into the management of state-owned enterprises,in order to better promote the comprehensive development of enterprises.
