腕踝针镇痛在老年患者经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后康复中的应用

Application of wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia in rehabilitation of elderly patients after transurethral plasma resection of prostate

目的观察腕踝针镇痛对老年经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者康复的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年2月医院经尿道等离子电切术后的90例患者为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为A组30例,B组29例,C组31例。A组采用静脉自控镇痛泵,B组采用腕踝针治疗,C组采用镇痛泵联合腕踝针。比较三组患者术后膀胱痉挛程度、血红蛋白水平、膀胱冲洗液量及持续时间。结果三组患者术后24、48、72 h的膀胱痉挛情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者术后第3天的血红蛋白水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者术后膀胱冲洗液量及膀胱冲洗时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用腕踝针或镇痛泵联合腕踝针相较于单独使用镇痛泵,能减轻经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者膀胱痉挛程度,减少术后出血及膀胱冲洗液的量及持续时间,更有利于老年人经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后康复。

Objective To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia on the rehabilitation of elderly patients after transurethral plasma resection of prostate.Methods A total of 90 patients after transurethral plasma resection in the hospital from June 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,they were divided into group A(30 cases),group B(29 cases),and group C(31 cases).Group A was treated with intravenous self-controlled analgesia pump,group B was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture,and group C was treated with analgesia pump combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture.The degree of postoperative bladder spasm,hemoglobin level,volume of bladder irrigation fluid and duration were compared among the three groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the bladder spasm of the three groups at 24,48 and 72 hours after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the hemoglobin level in the three groups on the third day after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the volume of bladder irrigation fluid and the time of bladder irrigation in the three groups after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of wrist-ankle needle or analgesia pump combined with wrist-ankle needle can reduce the degree of bladder spasm in patients after transurethral plasma resection of prostate,reduce the amount and duration of postoperative bleeding and bladder flushing fluid,and was more conducive to the rehabilitation of elderly patients after transurethral plasma resection of prostate.
