心内科护士临床急救能力现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the status quo of clinical first-aid ability of nurses in cardiology department and analysis of its influencing factors

目的调查心内科护士临床急救能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法2022年1—2月,使用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表、护士自主学习能力量表及非急诊科护士临床急救能力调查问卷对405名心内科护士进行调查。结果心内科护士临床急救能力得分为127.36±12.69分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示有4个变量进入回归方程,分别是职业获益感、自主学习能力、年参与抢救次数、是否心血管专科护士(P<0.05),共解释总方程变异51.1%。结论心内科护士临床急救能力总体处于较高水平,医院管理者应从急救能力的薄弱环节进行干预,加强针对性的在职教育与培训,全面提高心内科护士的临床急救能力,保障患者生命安全。

Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical emergency ability of nurses in cardiology department and analyze of its influencing factors.Methods To investigate 405 nurses in cardiology department from January to February 2022 by using the general information questionnaire,the scale of nurses'sense of professional benefit,the scale of nurses'self-learning ability and the questionnaire of nurses'clinical first-aid ability in non-emergency department.Results The score of clinical first aid ability of nurses in cardiology department was 127.36±12.69.Multiple stepwise regression analysis results showed that four variables entered the regression equation,namely,the sense of professional benefit,the ability of independent learning,the number of times of participating in the rescue every year,and whether the cardiovascular specialist nurse or not(P<0.05),which accounted for 51.1%of the total equation variation.Conclusion The clinical first-aid ability of cardiology nurses was generally at a high level.Hospital managers should intervene in the weak links of first-aid ability,strengthen targeted on-the-job education and training,comprehensively improve the clinical first-aid ability of cardiology nurses,and ensure the life safety of patients.
