并发症风险防范联合阶梯性康复训练对老年髋关节置换术后康复效果的影响

Effect of complication risk prevention combined with stepwise rehabilitation training on rehabilitation effect of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty

目的探究风险防范理念联合阶梯性康复训练在老年髋关节置换术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年9月—2021年12月骨科收治的100例老年髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,对照组术后进行常规护理与出院后随访,观察组在常规护理基础上实施并发症风险预防联合阶梯性康复训练,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率;运用Harris髋关节功能评分表和生活质量综合评定问卷于患者出院时和术后3个月调查其髋关节功能和生活质量。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时两组患者髋关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患者生活质量各维度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋关节置换术患者进行并发症风险防范联合阶梯性康复训练,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后髋关节功能的恢复和改善,提高术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention concept combined with ladder rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to the orthopedic department of the hospital from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and follow-up after discharge.The patients in the observation group received complications risk prevention combined with stepwise rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups;Harris hip joint function scale and quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire were used to investigate the hip joint function and quality of life of patients at the time of discharge and 3 months after operation.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hip joint function score between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05);the hip joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in each dimension scores of life quality between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05);the each dimension scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those of the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk prevention of complications and stepwise rehabilitation training for elderly patients with hip replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the recovery and improvement of postoperative hip function,and improve the quality of life after surgery.
