以性格类型为基础的情景模拟教学对儿科门诊护士人文关怀能力及岗位胜任力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨以性格类型为基础的情景模拟教学对儿科门诊护士人文关怀能力以及岗位胜任力的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月医院儿科门诊46名护理人员,按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分成对照组和观察组,各23名。对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组在采用传统的教学模式基础上进行以性格类型为基础的情景模拟教学模式,观察并比较干预前后两组护士对患者的生命态度、人文关怀能力以及自身岗位胜任力情况。结果干预后,观察组生命态度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组人文关怀能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组岗位胜任力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以性格类型为基础的情景模拟教学可提升儿科门诊护士对患者的生命态度、人文关怀能力,是提升自身岗位胜任力的有力保障。 Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching based on personality type on humanistic care ability and post competence of pediatric outpatient nurses.Methods To select 46 nursing staff from the pediatric outpatient department of the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,with 23 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group carried out the scene simulation teaching mode based on the personality type on the basis of the traditional teaching mode,and observed and compared the two groups of nurses'attitude towards patients'life,humanistic care ability and their own post competence before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the life attitude score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the humanistic care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the job competence score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching based on personality type can improve the life attitude and humanistic care ability of pediatric out-patient nurses to patients,and is a powerful guarantee to improve their own job competence.
