乡村振兴战略下乡村学校美育的困境与出路

乡村文化建设是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。乡村美育是激发乡村文化高质量发展的动力,在乡村振兴战略中具有独特的功能定位。美育教学在农村普遍存在学校对美育教学重视程度不够、乡村美育师资力量薄弱、乡村学校美育课程开发不足、乡村学生学习动力不强等问题,由此导致乡村学校美育总体发展滞后,美育教育质量不高。基于以上问题,通过深化顶层设计,重视美育教学价值;加强教师培训,提升美育师资队伍;深挖课程资源,构建立体课程体系;契合学生需求,增强学生内生动力,形成教育合力等方式,促进乡村学校美育的可持续发展。

The construction of rural culture is an important part of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural aesthetic education is the source of power to stimulate the high-quality development of rural culture,and it has a unique functional orientation in the rural revitalization strategy.In the in-depth development of aesthetic education teaching in rural areas,there are common problems such as insufficient attention paid to aesthetic education teaching by schools,lack of rural aesthetic education teachers,weak development of aesthetic education courses in rural schools,and weak learning motivation of rural students.The quality of education is not high.Based on the above problems,by deepening the top-level design,we should attach importance to the value of aesthetic education teaching;strengthen teacher training,improve the teaching staff of aesthetic education;dig deep into curriculum resources,build a three-dimensional curriculum system;meet the needs of students,enhance students'endogenous motivation,form educational synergy,and promote rural schools.Sustainable development of aesthetic education.
