摘要
课程成绩是衡量和评价教学效果的重要指标,但是影响课程成绩的因素非常多。以北京开放大学药学专业为例,通过对292名学生问卷调研并应用相关分析、t检验、方差分析等方法,研究其专业主干课程成绩之间的相关性以及个人、学校、家庭、工作相关的40个因素对成绩的影响。结果显示,部分课程成绩之间表现出较强相关性;有14个因素对成绩有显著(P<0.05)影响,其中,学生个人因素是影响成绩的最重要因素,其次是工作、学校因素。因此,在开放教育中,要针对相关课程群做好学习支持服务工作。教师要从学生的基本情况出发,针对每门课程的最显著影响因素,选择最佳的学习支持服务策略,以帮助学生提高课程成绩,促进开放教育教学质量创优提质。
Course performance is an important indicator to measure and evaluate the teaching effect,but there are many factors that affect the course performance.Taking the pharmacy major of Beijing Open University as an example,the correlation between the scores of the major courses of 292 students and the influence of 40 factors related to individuals,schools,families and jobs on the scores were studied through questionnaire survey and application of correlation analysis,t-test and analysis of variance.The results show that there is a strong correlation between some course grades;There are 14 factors that have a significant impact on the performance(P<0.05),of which the student's personal factor is the most important factor.Secondly,work and school factors.Therefore,in open education,we should do a good job in learning support services for relevant curriculum groups.Teachers should start from the basic situation of students and select the best learning support service strategy according to the most significant influencing factors of each course,so as to help students improve the course performance and promote the quality of open education teaching.
