摘要 对电弧炉电极调节器的控制原理进行了介绍,对控制系统软硬件的传统设计进行了优化,同时在软件方面提出了一种改进型的PID控制算法,该算法运用数据趋势进行预判,适时的引入PID运算,以控制电极的升降,经验证表明,电弧较之前更加稳定,电极动作明显减少,具有很强的广泛适用性。 The control principle of the electric arc furnace electrode regulator is introduced,the traditional design of the software and hardware of the control system is optimized,and an improved PID control algorithm is proposed.The algorithm uses data trends to make pre-judgment,Timely introduction of PID algorithm is used to control the rise and fall of the electrode.The verification shows that the arc is more stable than before,the electrode action is significantly reduced,and it has a strong wide applicability.
