旋风燃烧筒冷态实验与数值模拟研究

摘要 通过冷态实验法分析了卧式旋风燃烧筒一二次配风比为1∶3、1∶4和1∶5时旋风筒内空气动力场特性,利用数值模拟分析了旋风筒的长度、缩口结构和O_(2)浓度对燃烧特性以及氮氧化物排放特性的影响,结果表明:风速比为1∶4时旋风筒内空气动力特性最佳。当旋风筒长为2.5 m,缩口结构为L_(o)/D_(x)=0.25,D_(o)/D_(x)=0.4时燃烧特性优异。当氧气浓度小于30%变化时,增加氧气浓度可以降低氮氧化物排放。 For horizontal cyclone combustion furnace,the aerodynamic field characteristics in the cyclone tube with primary and secondary air ratio of 1∶3,1∶4 and 1∶5 were analyzed by cold state experiment method.The influence of the length of the cyclone tube,the shrinkage structure and the O2 concentration on the combustion characteristics and NOx emission characteristics were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the aerodynamic characteristics in the cyclone tube are the best when the wind speed ratio is 1∶4.When the cyclone tube length is 2.5 meters,the shrinkage structure is L_(o)/D_(x)=0.25,D_(o)/D_(x)=0.4,the combustion characteristics are excellent.When oxygen concentration is less than 30%,increasing oxygen concentration can reduce NOx emission.
