摘要
污泥(尤其是市政污泥)与电厂燃煤耦合在电厂锅炉内焚烧,是当前较为可行的污泥处理处置方式。干化热源利用电厂低品位蒸汽,采用间接传热的方式对污泥进行干化,干化后的污泥按比例在电厂燃煤锅炉内进行掺烧。污泥与燃煤耦合发电项目大气污染物的监测数据显示,污泥掺烧对电厂大气污染物排放影响不显著,在8%的污泥掺烧比例内,二氧化硫(SO2)的排放浓度及排放量变化不大,氮氧化物(NOx)的排放浓度及排放量略有降低,颗粒物(PM)的排放浓度和排放量略有增加,但是最终的排放浓度均在排放限值内。
The coupled sludge(especially municipal sludge)incineration in the coal-fired boiler of power plant is a relatively feasible way of sludge treatment and disposal at present.The low-grade steam in power plant is used as the drying heat source to dry the sludge through indirect heat transfer;after the drying,the sludge is mixed in proportion and burned in the coal-fired boiler of power plant.The atmospheric pollutant monitoring data in the sludge-coal-fired coupled power generation project show that the sludge-mixing incineration has no significant impact on the emission of atmospheric pollutants from power plants.Within the sludge-mixing incineration ratio of 8%,the emission concentration and emissions of sulfur dioxide(SO2)do not vary much,and the emission concentration and emissions of nitrogen oxide(NOx)decrease slightly.The emission concentration and emissions of particulate matter(PM)increase slightly,but the final emission concentration is within the emission limit.When the sludge was mixed with coal for incineration,the emission concentration and emissions of heavy metals and chloride do not change significantly,and meet the emission standard.
