北京市设施农业产业智慧监管和服务体系建设与应用

Construction and Application of Intelligent Supervision and Service System of Beijing Facility Agriculture Industry

摘要 着眼于北京市设施农业产业监管与服务需求,应用物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术,构建了北京市设施农业产业监管和服务体系,夯实了全市设施农业数据底数,实现了全市18.2万栋设施和3万个设施经营主体的“一棚一码、一主体一码”动态管理。构建了全方位的数据采集模式,汇聚全市设施农业数据资源,通过数据综合分析利用,为政府决策、行业监管、生产主体提供一张图、数据画像、补贴管理、种植服务等精准化、定制化的综合信息服务,产生直接经济效益达5.49亿元,有效解决了设施底数不明、监管不清、数据分散和服务不精等问题,提升了设施农业产业监管和服务效率,助推北京市设施农业高质量发展。 Focusing on supervision and service needs of Beijing's facility agriculture industry,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies were applied to build Beijing's facility agriculture industry supervision and service system,city's facility agriculture data base was consolidated,the"one shed,one yard,one subject,one yard"dynamic management of 182000 facilities and 30000 facility operators were realized.A comprehensive data collection mode was built,by pooling city's facility agriculture data resources,and through comprehensive analysis and utilization of data,a map,data portrait,subsidy management,planting services and other precise and customized comprehensive information services for government decision-making,industry supervision and production entities were provided,resulting in a direct economic benefit of 549 million yuan,which has effectively solved problems of unclear facility base,unclear supervision,scattered data and poor services.It has improved supervision and service efficiency of facility agriculture industry,and promoted high-quality development of facility agriculture in Beijing City.
