Research on the Educational Mode and Path of Food Industrial College in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Strategic Background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Construction

成渝地区双城经济圈建设全面提速、整体成势,为食品产业发展提供了重要机遇。高职院校产业学院作为产教深度融合的新模式,对于食品专业立足产业办学具有重要现实意义。本文分析了食品类产业学院办学思路、建设内容、存在问题和解决策略,以期为成渝双城经济圈建设战略背景下高职院校开设食品产业学院提供相关参考。

The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has accelerated comprehensively and become a whole,providing important opportunities for the development of food industry.As a new mode of integration of production and education,industrial college of higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance for food majors to run based on industry.This paper analyzes the school-running ideas,construction content,existing problems and solutions of food industry colleges,in order to provide reference for the establishment and development of the food industry college in higher vocational colleges under the background of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction.
