摘要
不安全食品危害事件的频繁发生以及消费者对食品品质安全要求的不断提高,使食品品质安全问题成为人们关注的焦点。我国以分段监管的模式对食品品质安全进行监管,监管过程是一个复杂的系统工程,涉及多领域、多部门、多层次和多环节。但我国食品品质安全监管工作的起步较晚,我国食品品质安全监管各部门之间存在一些法规相互矛盾和职能交叉等问题。在上述背景下,国家制定了有关食品品质安全监管的《中华人民共和国产品质量法》,本文分析了其对食品品质安全监管的作用,以提高我国食品产品的品质,促进食品产业的发展。
The frequent occurrence of unsafe food hazards and the continuous improvement of consumers’requirements for food quality and safety make food quality and safety become the focus of people’s attention.China supervises food quality and safety in the mode of segmented supervision.The supervision process is a complex system engineering,involving multi-fields,multi-departments,multi-level and multi-links.But the work of food quality safety supervision started relatively late,and the problems of regulation contradiction and function cross existed among various departments of food quality safety supervision.In the above background,Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality of food quality safety supervision is proposed,and the function of product quality law on food quality safety supervision is analyzed in this paper,in order to improve the quality of Chinese food products and promote the development of the food industry.
