摘要
本研究通过喂食果蝇6种食品添加剂,分别在幼虫期与蛹期通过测定体积变化,成虫期的体重、爬行能力与产卵率分析食品添加剂对果蝇生长发育的影响。结果表明,焦糖色素、酒石酸氢钾与山梨酸钾显著抑制了果蝇的生长发育。表现为幼虫与蛹的体积下降、体重下降、后代存活率降低以及爬行能力降低。通过上述指标检测进一步为食品添加剂在使用过程中的安全性提供更广泛的理论基础,并且具有一定的参考价值。
This study analyzed the effects of food additives on the growth and development of flies by feeding 6 kinds of food additives,measuring the volume changes at the larval stage and pupal stage,and analyzing the weight,crawling ability and egg laying rate of the adult stage.The results showed that caramel pigment,potassium hydrogen tartrate and potassium sorbate significantly inhibited the growth and development of flies It is manifested by smaller larval volume,weight loss,lower survival rate of offspring and lower crawling ability.Through the above indicators detection,it further provides a broader theoretical basis for the safety of food additives in the use process,and has a certain reference value.
