摘要
目的:通过参加乳粉中沙门氏菌定性检测的能力验证计划,明确本实验室具备检验该菌的能力。方法:比较微生物学检测法和实时荧光定量法(Quantitative Real-time,PCR)在检测时间和检测结果准确性上的差别。结果:本次试验样品121为典型的含沙门氏菌属的样品,样品078为不含沙门氏菌属的样品。结论:评价结果满意,说明本实验室具备检验该菌的能力。
Objective:To confirm that our laboratory has the ability to detect Salmonella in milk powder by participating in the capability verification plan for qualitative detection of Salmonella in milk powder.Method:To compare the difference of detection time and accuracy between microbiological method and quantitative real-time(PCR)method.Result:Sample 121 in this test was a typical sample containing Salmonella,and sample 078 was a sample without Salmonella.Conclusion:The evaluation results are satisfactory,indicating that the laboratory has the ability to detect the bacteria.
