Investigation and Research on Dietetic Intangible Cultural Heritage in Henan Province

饮食类非物质文化遗产是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。河南省饮食类非物质文化遗产不仅具有世代相承、技艺精湛、风格独特等相同之处,还具有种类丰富、价值较高、崇尚中和、乡土味浓的个性特征。通过调查河南饮食类非物质文化遗产资源概况,总结其饮食类非遗的特征,有利于增强中原饮食文化的影响力,为保护和传承中原饮食类非遗凝聚强大的精神力量。

As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,the dietetic intangible cultural heritage in Henan province not only has the common features of inter-generation,exquisite skills and distinct styles,but also has the personal characteristics of rich types,high values,strong regionalism and local atmosphere.By studying this subject,summarizing the features of dietetic intangible cultural heritage in Henan,which is conducive to gathering a strong spiritual force for the protection and inheritance of dietetic intangible cultural heritage in the Central Plains.
