广西地区医学生与非医学生对分餐制认知度的调查

摘要 为了解广西地区医学生和非医学生的分餐制认知现状,为提高大学生的分餐认知水平提供科学依据,本研究采用自行设计的调查问卷对1000名广西地区在校大学生进行调查。调查结果表明,广西地区大学生分餐制认知情况总体上良好,女大学生对分餐制的认知情况略好于男大学生,医科类大学生好于非医科类大学生。从分餐制知识的掌握得分情况来看,医科类大学生好于非医科类大学生,高年级大学生好于低年级大学生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00<0.01)。学生对共餐制可能传播疾病存在一定焦虑,女大学生高于男大学生,非医科类大学生高于医科类大学生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00<0.01)。对此,应针对性地加强大学生分餐知识宣传教育,以促进大学生在日常生活中养成坚持分餐制的饮食文明好习惯。 In order to understand the current situation of meal portioning among medical and non-medical students in Guangxi,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the meal portioning awareness of college students,this study used a self-designed questionnaire to survey 1000 college students in Guangxi.The results of the survey showed that the cognition of meal portioning system among college students in Guangxi is generally good,and the cognition of meal portioning system among female college students is slightly better than that of male college students,and medical college students are better than non-medical college students.In terms of the score of knowledge of meal sharing system,medical college students were better than non-medical college students,and senior college students were better than junior college students,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00<0.01).Students had some anxiety about the possible transmission of diseases from the shared meal system,with higher female than male college students and higher non-medical than medical college students,with statistically significant differences(P=0.00<0.01).In this regard,the publicity and education on meal sharing knowledge among college students should be strengthened in a targeted manner to promote college students to develop agood habit of eating civilized by adhering to meal sharing system in their daily life.
