20%氟吡菌酰胺·氟烯线砜灌根剂的配方研究

A Study on the Formula of 20%Fluopyram and Flulensulfone Root Irrigating Formulation

研制了一种以氟吡菌酰胺、氟烯线砜为原药,10%有效成分含量的灌根剂。试验通过对不同润湿分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等的筛选,得到最佳配方:氟吡菌酰胺10%、氟烯线砜10%、DS-5283%、DS-6062%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝2%、聚乙烯醇1%、丙二醇5%、消泡剂0.5%,水补足至100%。试验结果表明,该配方产品悬浮率>90%,热储[(54±2)℃]分解率<5%,产品其他各项指标均符合悬浮剂要求。此制剂用于灌根可以为防治根结线虫提供一种新的思路与方法。

A root irrigating agent containing 10%fluopyram and fluorosulfone was developed.The test was conducted by screening different wetting and dispersing agents,emulsifiers,thickeners,anti-freezing agents,and defoaming agents,etc..The best formula was obtained as follows:Fluopyram 10%,Fluorine sulfone 10%,DS-5283%,DS-6062%,Xanthan Gum 0.2%,Magnesium Aluminum Silicate 2%,Polyvinyl Alcohol 1%,Propylene Glycol 5%,Defoamer 0.5%,Water making up to 100%.The test results showed that the suspension rate of the formulation was more than 90%,that the degraded rate of the accelerated storage[(54±2)℃]was less than 5%,and that the other parameters of the product satisfied the requirements of SC formulation.The preparation with irrigation treatment can provide a novel approach and method for the control of root-knot nematodes.
