摘要
文章中,建立了气相色谱法同柱分析稻瘟灵、稻瘟酰胺的含量的分析方法,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标,使用HP-5石英毛细管柱和FID检测器。结果表明,在该方法中稻瘟灵、稻瘟酰胺的标准曲线线性回归系数分别0.9988和0.9986,标准偏差分别为0.146和0.0848,变异系数分别为0.43%和0.51%,平均回收率分别为99.92%和99.37%。
In this paper,the analysis method to determine Fenoxanil and Isoprothiolane simultaneously was established using GC-FID,with Dibutyl-O-phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that a standard curve of linear regression coefficients of 0.9988 and 0.9986,a standard deviation of 0.146 and 0.0848,a variation coefficient of 0.43%and 0.51%,and an average recovery of 99.92%and 99.37%for Fenoxanil and Isoprothiolane,respectively.
