中国省际知识溢出对区域创新效率的影响研究

Research on the impact of inter provincial knowledge spillovers on regional innovation efficiency in china

本文基于2011—2020年我国30省份面板数据,运用BCC-DEA模型和Malmquist-DEA模型测度各省市区域创新效率,并用Tobit回归模型对可能影响区域创新效率的因素进行分析,研究了区域间知识溢出对创新效率的影响。研究发现,我国区域创新效率与知识溢出总体呈上升趋势,知识溢出对区域创新效率有负向影响,说明我国部分区域学习吸收能力较弱;对外开放程度及产业结构对区域创新效率有明显促进效果,而政府直接投资在R&D资金中的比例越高则越容易造成资源浪费,不利于提高创新效率。

This paper uses BCC-DEA model and Malmquist-DEA model to measure regional innovation efficiency based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities during 2011-2020,and uses Tobit regression model to analyze the factors that may affect the re⁃gional innovation efficiency,and studies the impact of interregional knowledge spillovers on innovation efficiency.The research finds that:China's regional innovation efficiency and knowledge spillover are generally on the rise,and knowledge spillover has a negative impact on regional innovation efficiency,indicating that part of China's regional learning absorption capacity is weak;The degree of openness to the outside world and the industrial structure have obvious promoting effects on regional innovation efficiency.With the proportion of government direct investment in R&D funds rising,the company are more likely to waste resources,which is not condu⁃cive to improving innovation efficiency.
