智慧社会发展背景下高校智慧图书馆用户信息保护问题研究

Research on User Information Protection of University Smart Library under the Background of the Development of Smart Society

智慧社会建设促进了高校智慧图书馆服务发展的泛在化,也给智慧图书馆用户信息保护带来了新的挑战。文章分析了智慧社会发展对高校智慧图书馆服务带来的影响,对用户信息保护的新变化进行了论述,结合我国个人信息保护相关法律法规发展,对智慧图书馆用户信息保护发展现状进行了分析,并从理论和实践两方面对智慧图书馆用户信息保护实现路径进行了探讨。

The construction of smart society not only promotes the universality of the service development of university smart library,but also brings new challenges to the information protection of smart library users.This paper first analyzes the impact of the development of smart society on the service of university smart library,and then discusses the new changes of user information protection of university smart library.On this basis,combined with the development of relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection in China,this paper analyzes the development status of user information protection in smart libraries,and discusses the realization path of user information protection in smart libraries from two aspects of theory and practice.
