基于Frenet坐标系的道岔区侧向轨道几何状态动静态检测匹配方法

摘要 针对道岔区侧向轨道几何状态动态检测的现场病害定位难度大的问题,基于Frenet坐标系和笛卡尔坐标系的映射关系,将道岔区轨道几何状态静态检测的空间点坐标转化为动态检测的空间曲线,并采用线性相位有限冲激响应(Finite Impulse Response,FIR)数字高通滤波器进行空间滤波,获得与动态轨道几何不平顺相同波长范围的轨向及高低,实现动静态检测的匹配。与静态检测传统弦测输出不同,该匹配方法不会导致轨道几何不平顺幅值发生畸变,借助静态检测的空间定位数据,横向对比动态检测输出,可快速完成道岔区侧向病害定位,对道岔区现场养护维修具有指导意义。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to locate the site defects in the dynamic detection of lateral track geometry state in the turnout area,based on the mapping relationship between the Frenet coordinate system and the Cartesian coordinate system,the space point coordinates of the static detection of the track geometry state in the turnout area were converted into the space curves of the dynamic detection,and the linear phase finite impulse response(FIR)digital high-pass filter was used for spatial filtering,The track direction and height in the same wavelength range as the dynamic track geometric irregularity were obtained to realize the matching of dynamic and static detection.Different from the traditional chord measurement output of static detection.The amplitude of track geometric irregularities has no distortion with this matching method.With the help of the spatial positioning data of static detection and the horizontal comparison of dynamic detection output,the lateral disease location of the turnout area can be quickly completed,which has guiding significance for the on-site maintenance and repair of the turnout area.
