摘要 为了更好地指导道岔大修更换,提出一种整组道岔健康状态评估方法。根据道岔结构特征和使用特性确定了整组道岔健康状态评估的9个当前状态项点,包括道岔静态几何尺寸、动态平顺性、轨件磨耗、轨件伤损、扣件性能、尖轨降低值、工电接口、岔枕状态、道床状态,并考虑道岔轨件更换、道床捣固等维修减扣项点的影响;明确了各项点的评分规则,采用层级分析法确定了各当前状态项点的权重系数;通过计算道岔健康评估指数(Turnout Health Assessment Index,THI)综合评定整组道岔健康状态。根据计算结果将道岔状态分为优秀、良好、一般、失格4个等级。现场应用结果表明,该方法得出的评估结果与现场技术人员的判断一致,可作为道岔健康状态评估与养护维修决策的技术指导。 In order to better guide the overhaul and replacement of turnouts,a method for evaluating the health status of the whole group of turnouts was proposed.According to the structural characteristics and service characteristics of the turnout,nine current status items for the health assessment of the whole group of turnout were determined,including the static geometric size of the turnout,dynamic smoothness,rail wear,rail damage,fastener performance,switch rail reduction value,industrial and electrical interface,switch sleeper status,track bed status,and the impact of maintenance deduction items,such as turnout rail replacement,track bed tamping,etc.,should be considered.The scoring rules of each item point were defined,and the weight coefficient of each current status item point was determined by using the method of class analysis.The turnout health assessment index(THI)was calculated to comprehensively evaluate the health status of the whole group of turnouts.According to the calculation results,the turnout status is divided into four grades,which are excellent,good,average and unqualified.The field application results show that the evaluation results obtained by this method are consistent with the judgment of field technicians.This method can be used as a theoretical guidance for the health assessment and maintenance decision of turnout.
