摘要
依托敦格铁路(敦煌—格尔木)高原高海拔隧道工程,通过计算火灾不利场景下人员疏散时间,验证了隧道内紧急救援站疏散救援通道设计的可靠性,提出了列车在隧道内着火情况下,车内火灾处置方案及人员安全快速疏散策略。开发了具有二级架构的新型隧道防灾疏散救援机电设备监控系统,提出了基于新型机电设备监控系统的乘客在紧急救援站内定点疏散救援应急预案,并给出具体的实施步骤。可为类似防灾疏散救援工程的设计和安全运维提供参考。
Relying on the tunnel project of the Dunhuang-Golmud railway at high altitude on plateau,the reliability of the evacuation and rescue channel design of the emergency rescue station in the tunnel was verified by calculating the evacuation time under the adverse fire scenario,and the fire disposal plan and the safe and rapid evacuation strategy of the personnel in the train in the case of fire in the tunnel were proposed.A new type of tunnel disaster prevention,evacuation and rescue electromechanical equipment monitoring system with two-level structure has been developed,and an contingency plan for evacuation and rescue of passengers at designated points in the emergency rescue station based on the new electromechanical equipment monitoring system has been proposed,and the specific implementation steps have been given.The research results can provide reference for the design and safe operation and maintenance of similar disaster prevention and evacuation and rescue projects.
