茶条木种子大小及播种深度对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以茶条木Delavaya toxocarpa为研究材料,开展茶条木种子大小及播种深度对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,5个播种深度中,茶条木种子大小对种子萌发率的影响显著,对首粒种子萌发时间、持续时间和平均萌发时间影响不显著,大种子的萌发率大于小种子;播种深度增加,种子萌发率差值有增大的趋势;播种深度对首粒种子萌发时间、持续时间、平均萌发时间和萌发率影响显著。大种子的幼苗的株高、基径、主根长度和单株生物量等大于小种子;播种深度对幼苗的株高和基径等影响显著,对主根长度、单株生物量和根茎比等影响不显著。在生产上,尽可能选用大种子、浅播的方式进行播种育苗。 The effects of seed size and sowing depth of seed germination and seedling growth of Delavaya toxocarpa were investigated.The results showed that among the five sowing depths,the seed size had a significant effect on the seed germination rate,but had no significant effect on the germination time,germination duration,and average germination time of the first seed.The germination rate of large seeds was higher than that of small seeds.The difference in seed germination rates increased from the increase in sowing depth.Sowing depth had significant effects on the first seed germination time,duration,average germination time,and germination rate.The seedling height,basal diameter,main root length,and biomass per plant of big seeds were higher than those of small seeds.Sowing depth had significant effects on plant height and basal diameter of seedlings but had no significant effects on main root length,biomass per plant,and root-stem ratio.In production,large seeds should be selected as much as possible,and take the way of shallow sowing seedlings.
