摘要
文章主要研究电池储能系统参与电力调频的可行性;对电池储能系统的容量配置、协调控制的方案设计进行介绍,给出了系统拓扑图、调频收益等,为电池储能系统应用于调频领域的方向、规划与建设提供了有力的技术支撑。
This paper mainly studies the feasibility of battery energy storage system participating in power frequency modulation,introduces the capacity configuration and coordinated control design of battery energy storage system,gives the system topology,FM benefits,and provides strong technical support for the direction,planning and construction of battery energy storage system applied in the field of FM.
