摘要
文章以某发电厂燃煤机组灵活性改造过程制粉系统APS为例进行分析,介绍制粉系统工艺基础及APS技术思路,主要包括制粉系统APS启动允许、制粉系统APS启动步序和制粉系统APS启动完成判断的思路,重点介绍制粉系统APS与MCS接口,并对典型启动步序和画面进行了展示,为其他火电机组提供制粉系统APS改造作参考。
This paper takes APS of pulverizing system in aflexible transformation of coal-fired unit as an example to analyze,introduces the process basis and thinking of APS about pulverizing system,Mainly including startup allowed of pulverizing system,Startup steps of pulverizing system,And startup completion judgment of pulverizing system,Focus on radiation APS of pulverizing system’s Interface to MCS,and the typical starting step sequence and picture are displayed.Provide reference of pulverizing system’s APS transformation for other coal-fired unit.
