摘要 光伏组件是光伏发电最为关键的核心部件,传统晶硅光伏组件虽然技术非常成熟且应用广泛,但由于组件自身较重,对屋顶荷载要求较高且搬运和安装不便,同时由于自身构造设计原因在某些特殊结构的位置无法进行安装,在应用方面存在一定的局限性。随着光伏技术的发展,薄片化、轻量化是近几年光伏制造端发展的大趋势,目前新型轻质柔性光伏组件已经问世并得到应用。与传统的晶硅光伏组件相比,新型轻质柔性光伏组件拥有“轻”“薄”“柔”“可弯曲”等显著特点,形状和尺寸可以定制,其定制化特性使得光伏和建筑自然融合,可以轻松地和各种场景相结合进行应用,无限拓展了光伏技术应用的想象力。文章就新型轻质柔性光伏组件的特点进行简单介绍,重点分析和介绍其安装方式,为新型轻质柔性光伏组件的应用和推广提供参考价值。 Photovoltaic module is the most key core components of photovoltaic power generation,the traditional crystal silicon photovoltaic module technology is very mature and widely used,but due to the module itself heavy roof load requirements and handling and installation inconvenience,at the same time due to its structure design reasons in some special structure location cannot install,there are certain limitations in application.With the development of photovoltaic technology,thin,lightweight is the development trend of photovoltaic manufacturing end in recent years,the new lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules has appeared and applied,compared with the traditional crystal silicon photovoltaic modules,new flexible photovoltaic modules has“light”light“,”thin“,”soft“,”flexible“significant features,shape and size can be customized,its custom characteristics make photovoltaic and building natural fusion,it can be easily and combining various scenarios,infinite expand the imagination of photovoltaic technology application.This paper makes a brief introduction to the characteristics of the new type of lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules,focusing on the analysis and introduction of their installation methods,to provide reference value for the application and promotion of the new type of lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules.
