摘要
南方电网公司按照“新建500 kV大湾区外环,珠三角内部东西之间采用背靠背柔性直流异步互联”的思路构建广东电网目标网架,给广东电力调度部门现有的调度管理模式带来了新的挑战。在此背景下,文章针对广东电网目标网架,提出了适合广东电网目标网架的5种新型调度管理策略,并搭建调度管理模式评价体系,在分析和量化评估的基础上,得出适应广东电网东西分区、异步互联格局下最优的调度管理模式。
China Southern Power Grid Corporation constructed the target grid of Guangdong Power Grid in accordance with the idea of“building a 500 kV outer ring in the Greater Bay Area,and adopting back-to-back flexible DC asynchronous interconnection between the east and west of the Pearl River Delta”.In this context,this paper carries out an adaptive analysis of the existing dispatching management mode in view of the target grid of Guangdong Power Grid,and a dispatching management strategy suitable for the target grid of Guangdong Power Grid under the asynchronous interconnection structure is proposed,including five new dispatching management modes and other strategies and suggestions.The correctness and reliability of these dispatching management strategies need to be verified later.Finally,the evaluation results of each mode are calculated by building the evaluation system of dispatching management mode,and on the basis of analysis and calculation,the optimal dispatching management mode is obtained.
