低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊治进展

Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma

无淋巴结转移和远处转移,无甲状腺腺体外侵犯,非病理高危亚型,无气管或喉返神经侵犯的甲状腺微小乳头状癌临床基本可以判定为低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌。目前临床采取的治疗方式包括积极监测、手术以及消融治疗。但低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断、治疗决策的制定仍然需要分子检测的发展以及综合考量肿瘤特征,病人以及医疗团队等多方面因素。

Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma with no lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis,no extra-thyroid invasion,non-pathologically high-risk subtypes,and no trachea or recurrent laryngeal nerve invasion could be clinically determined as low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma.The current clinical treatment methods include active surveillance,surgery and ablative therapy.However,the diagnosis and treatment decisions of low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma still need the development of molecular detection and the comprehensive consideration of tumor characteristics,patients and medical teams.
