摘要
近年来,澳大利亚昆士兰州众多公共图书馆在通过数字素养教育共同弥合全州数字鸿沟上已取得重大成效,其实践经验对国内公共图书馆响应《提升全民数字素养与技能行动纲要》相关部署具有重要理论指导价值。文章基于网络调研面向昆士兰州公共图书馆获取数字素养教育实践信息,探析公共图书馆数字素养教育的环境营造与实践特点,尝试性提出国内公共图书馆参与“全民数字素养与技能提升行动”的一些实践思考,即:发挥省级公共图书馆的职能,搭建数字素养教育综合平台,明确参与主体及其合作模式,全覆盖弱势地区与弱势群体。
In recent years, many public libraries in Queensland, Australia, have made significant achievements in bridging the digital divide across the state through digital literacy instruction.Their practical experience has important theoretical guiding value for domestic public libraries to respond to the relevant deployment of the Action Plan for Enhancing Digital Literacy and Skills for All.Based on online research, the paper obtains practical information on digital literacy instruction from public libraries in Queensland, analyzes the environmental construction and practical characteristics of digital literacy instruction in public libraries, and tries to put forward some practical thoughts for domestic public libraries to participate in the nationwide digital literacy and skills improvement action, that is, giving full play to the functions of provincial public libraries, building a comprehensive platform for digital literacy instruction, defining the participants and their cooperation modes, and fully covering depressed areas and disadvantaged groups.
