嘉陵江略阳河段拓宽对河道洪水位的影响

Influence of widening Lueyang reach in the Jialing River on the flood level

基于略阳县“上拦、中分中扩、下排”的防洪方略,围绕三河坝至灵岩寺的嘉陵江略阳河段河道拓宽工程,采用一维数学模型对初步拟定的不同河道拓宽方案进行模拟,以分析河段拓宽对洪水位的影响。结合经济因素综合考虑,最终确定出拓宽卡口1至7和拓宽卡口1至5方案为经济效益更佳方案,该成果不仅为略阳县防洪工程规划设计提供技术支撑,也对相似城区的防洪规划具有一定的参考价值。

Based on the flood control strategy of "upper blocking, middle dividing, middle expanding and lower drainage" in Lueyang Reach of the Jialing River widening project, a one-dimensional mathematical model was adopted to simulate the preliminary proposed different river widening schemes to analyze the impact of river reach widening on flood level. Combined with the economic factors, it is finally determined that widening bayonet 1 to 7 and widening bayonet 1 to 5 are the better economic benefit schemes. The results not only provide technical support for the planning and design of flood control projects in the Lueyang County, but also have certain reference value for the flood control planning in similar urban areas.
