2011-2022年我国图书馆读者个人信息保护研究综述

Research Review on Library Readers’ Personal Information Protection in China from 2011 to 2022

文章运用文献调查法对2011-2022年我国图书馆读者个人信息保护研究论文进行统计分析,从基本理论、实践经验、保护策略三方面对主要研究内容进行归纳,重点探讨了该阶段我国图书馆读者个人信息立法保护、行业自律保护、技术保护、自我保护等方面的研究现状,并基于个性化服务、RFID应用、云计算、大数据、智慧图书馆等情境对图书馆读者个人信息保护策略研究成果进行分析。在总结现有研究特点和不足的基础上,结合《个人信息保护法》的相关规定,指出今后研究应重点关注的方向。

By using literature survey method, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the research papers on library readers’ personal information protection in China from 2011 to 2022, summarizes the main research contents from three aspects of basic theory, practical experience and protection strategy, and focuses on the research status of Chinese library readers’ personal information legislation protection, industry self-discipline protection, technical protection and self-protection in this stage. Based on different situations such as personalized service, RFID application, cloud computing, big data, and smart library, this paper analyzes the research results on library readers’ personal information protection strategy. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics and shortcomings of existing research, combined with the relevant provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, this paper points out the direction of future research should focus on.
