公共图书馆短视频资源建设现状及发展策略探究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of Public Library Short Video Resources Construction

文章对地市级以上公共图书馆抖音号开通使用情况及发布作品进行分析,发现当前公共图书馆在短视频资源建设方面存在缺乏建设意识与规划、资源制作未充分考虑平台特性、发布作品未体现行业个性、缺乏短视频资源建设人才,以及知识产权保护意识淡薄等问题,建议公共图书馆从整体规划、个性创作、专业品质、建设团队、法律意识、宣传推广等方面开展短视频资源建设。

Through analyzing the operation of TikTok account and published works of municipal and above public libraries, the paper finds that there are some problems in the construction of short video resources in public libraries, such as lack of construction awareness and planning, insufficient consideration of platform characteristics in resource production, lack of industry personality in publishing works, lack of talents for short video resources construction, and weak awareness of intellectual property protection, ect. It puts forward suggestions on public library short video resources construction from the aspects of overall planning, creative personality, professional quality, construction team, legal consciousness, promotion and so on.
