某工业集中区工业污水处理工程设计及运行分析

摘要 本文介绍了某工业集中区工业污水处理工程,设计规模为10 000 m3/d,该工艺采用“细格栅及提升泵房—平流沉砂池—调节池—水解酸化池—改良A2/O生化池—高效沉淀池—反硝化深床滤池—消毒接触池”工艺。本文对设计参数、设计理念、各个工段效率和费用进行了分析。污水经过过滤和消毒之后出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。 This paper introduces an industrial wastewater treatment project in an industrial concentration area, with a design scale of 10 000 m~3/d. The process adopts the process of “fine screen and lift pump room horizontal fl ow grit chamber regulating tank hydrolytic acidification tank improved A~2/O biochemical tank high efficiency sedimentation tank denitrification deep bed filter detoxification contact tank”. This paper analyzes the design parameters, design concept, efficiency and cost of each process section. The effl uent quality of the filtered and disinfected sewage shall comply with the Class A discharge standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002).
