关于城镇污水分散处理方案的探讨

近些年,城镇边缘或者老旧小区由于原有的管网雨污合流、管网铺设滞后等问题,管网覆盖率较低,生活污水一直未得到有效收集和处置,废水直接排放导致城镇边缘区域的水体环境遭受严重污染,出现水体黑臭等情况。针对这些情况,相关管理部门提出了以分散式处理为主导的城镇污水治污理念,实现精准防污治污,改善区域水体环境,提高水体自净能力。
