本文概述环保管家的服务内容、服务类型与服务流程,然后讨论我国使用环保管家这一服务模式的意义。随后提出环保管家服务中存在的不足,最后从几方面针对性地讨论了环保管家的服务情况并提出改革的建议,以此促进环保管家服务水平的全面提升,促进生态文明建设。

This paper fi rst outlines the service content, service type and service process of environmental stewards, and then discusses the significance of using environmental stewards as a service model in China. Then, it puts forward the existing deficiencies in environmental stewardship services. Finally, it discusses the reform proposals of environmental stewardship services from several aspects, so as to promote the overall improvement of environmental stewardship services and promote the development of ecological civilization construction.
