基于天地图的入河排污口智慧管理系统设计与实现研究——以山东省兰陵县为例

摘要 本文以山东省兰陵县为例,设计基于天地图的入河排污口智慧管理系统,实现入河排污口的全链条、一站式、智慧化管理。该系统具有管理类功能、统计分析类功能和提醒类功能,并将入河排污口、溯源排污单位汇总到同一张地图上,进行空间位置的直观标注和呈现,实现入河排污口、溯源排污单位数据的可视化管理。该系统为入河排污口的智慧管理提供了辅助,为水污染防治的决策提供了技术支撑。 This paper taking Lanling County as an example, an intelligent management system for sewage outfalls based on Tianmap was designed, which realized the whole chain, one-stop and intelligent management of river outfalls. The system has the functions of management, statistical analysis and reminder, and collects the sewage outfalls and traceable sewage units into one same map for visual marking and presentation of spatial locations, so as to realize the visual management of the data of sewage outfalls and traceable sewage units. The system provides an auxiliary tool for the intelligent management of sewage outfalls and technical support for scientifi c decision-making of water pollution prevention.
