某流转地块土壤污染状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Soil Pollution in a Circulating Plot

对某调查地块开展了资料收集分析、现场踏勘、人员访谈、样品采集及检测分析,结果表明调查地块的土壤符合《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600-2018)第一类用地筛选值标准,调查地块的地下水符合《地下水质量标准》(GB/T14848-2017)Ⅲ类标准限值,调查地块不属于污染地块,可满足其规划用途。

Data collection and analysis, on-site survey, personnel interview, sample collection and detection analysis were carried out on an investigation plot, the results showed that the soil of the investigated plot was in accordance with “soil environmental quality — Risk control standard for soil contamination of development land”(Trial)(GB36600-2018), and the ground water of the investigated plot was in accordance with the limit value of class Ⅲ standard of“standard for groundwater quality”(GB/T14848-2017). The investigated plot does not belong to the polluted plot and can satisfy its planned use.
