我国水环境保护管理现状及改善建议

Present Situation of Water Environment Protection and Management in China and Suggestions for Improvement

随着工业化进程的不断推进和居民生活水平的不断提高,居民生活用水及工业用水的需求量都在增加,同时对于水质量的要求也在不断提高,因而导致我国水环境保护管理工作面临严峻考验。本文通过分析我国水环境保护管理的发展现状,对其所存在的诸如水环境管理制度不够健全、缺乏科学合理的管理规划、政府及各方机构对水环境保护管理的投入不足以及大众的水资源意识薄弱等等一系列问题进行了深入的剖析,并进一步有针对性地提出我国水资源保护管理的改善建议,即从完善管理制度、增强保护意识、制定合理规划、加大管理投资、创新管理方案等方面着手,实现我国水环境保护的科学管理,提高我国水环境保护管理水平。

With the continuous advancement of industrialization process and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,people’s demand for domestic water and industrial water is increasing, and the requirements for water quality are also increasing, leds to China’s water environment protection and management work is facing a sever test. By analyzing the development status of water environment protection and management in China, this paper deeply analyzes a series of problems such as inadequate water environment management system, lack of scientifi c and reasonable management planning, insuffi cient investment in water environment protection and management by the government and various institutions, and weak public awareness of water resources, and further puts forward suggestions for improving water resources protection and management in China, that is to say, we should improve the management system, enhance the awareness of protection, formulate reasonable planning, increase management investment, innovate management schemes, etc., so as to realize the scientifi c management of water environment protection and improve the management level of water environment protection in China.
